Bio

Hans Henrik Banke specialises in company law, shareholder relations, foundations and ownership structures. He has previously taught company law at Aarhus Business School and the University of Southern Denmark.

Furthermore, Hans Henrik Banke works on wind turbine projects and with the utility sector, and he has been involved in the pioneering work of transforming the first municipal utilities into utility companies. The tasks he assists with within the utility sector include structuring utility groups and consolidation as well as operations-oriented tasks such as EU tenders, scoping areas of activity, and the handling of a number of specialised laws within the sectors. In addition, he advises both bidders and suppliers on EU procurement law.
