Bio
Søren Borregaard specialises in board work and mergers and acquisitions. He has assisted several large Danish companies on all aspects of M&A transactions – both on the buyer side as well as the seller side. His work includes transaction structuring, strategic considerations, due diligence, mergers and demergers, establishment of joint ventures and preparation and negotiation of transaction and loan documentation.

Positions and memberships
- Søren Borregaard is a member of the Danish Association of Tax Lawyers. In addition, he is a board member of several companies. Furthermore, he is a former court mediator at the Court in Odense.
Teaching
- Søren Borregaard has extensive teaching experience within company law and tax law from his many years as an external lecturer at the University of Southern Denmark.
