Bio

Jesper Løffler Nielsen is Certified IT Lawyer and Head of the Tech Team at Focus Advokater.

Jesper Løffler Nielsen’s primary practice area is legal issues related to modern technologies such as software, cloud, IoT, robots, drones and AI, including advice on IT contracts, personal data, cyber security, rights issues, disputes, etc. As digital technologies and data become increasingly regulated by law, he also increasingly advises on current and future regulations and the interaction between them.

In addition to the practical perspective, Jesper Løffler Nielsen works with IT law issues from a more theoretical perspective, including in the form of articles and a Ph.D. thesis written between 2013 and 2016.
