Bio

Christian Dyrhauge-Klargaard works primarily with insolvency law, construction law, and disputes. He is affiliated with the Insolvency Law Department as well as the Real Estate Department at Focus Advokater.

For several years, he has worked with insolvency law, and he has handled bankruptcy estates as a trustee. Furthermore, he has advised distressed companies or their creditors. He is a member of the Danish Debt Agency’s panel of trustees in the District of Svendborg.

Christian Dyrhauge-Klargaard also specialises in advising contractors and professional builders during construction and in dispute resolution, including conducting court and arbitration proceedings. He has extensive litigation experience, and he has conducted a significant number of court and arbitration cases.

In addition, Christian Dyrhauge-Klargaard specialises in tenancy law emphasising house rules and eviction.
