As EVP for People & Culture, one of Eva Berner’s key roles is to ensure a talented and agile organisation with people who thrive and together create the best foundation for providing professional and forward-looking advice to Focus Advokater’s customers.
As EVP for Business Development, one of Eva Berner’s key roles is to spot new trends and stay updated on market developments – and to ensure that the organisation is ready to scale up when the business grow.
Eva Berner is a result-oriented team player, and she has more than 25 years of experience in managing and developing people and organisations.
Education
- Eva Berner holds an MSc. in Law, Strategy and Management from Aarhus University, 1995.
