Bio
Flemming Hartvig Pedersen has two primary areas of work:
- Inheritance law, including estate administration, where Flemming Hartvig Pedersen, as an authorised administrator at the Probate Court in Odense, handles estates of deceased persons both in relation to Focus Advokater’s customers and to administrators’ estates. For many years, Flemming has provided advice and drafted wills, powers of attorney for the future and marriage contracts, including in connection with generational changes.
- Insolvency law, where Flemming Hartvig Pedersen is known for his competent and professional counselling of distressed companies as well as handling reorganisations and bankruptcy estates with over 30 years of experience.

- Appeared before the High Court, 1994
- Authorised trustee at the Probate Court in Odense, 2012.

Teaching
- Since 1991, Flemming Hartvig Pedersen has taught company law and other subjects for the Danish Bar and Law Society and later the Association of Danish Lawyers. He is a very good communicator and has many years of experience with lectures and training programmes for customers, colleagues, accountants and banks on topics such as inheritance, succession and insolvency law.
