Henrik Gisløv

Bio

Henrik Gisløv is employed by the Real Estate Department at Focus Advokater. He primarily deals with litigation and arbitration, construction law, procurement and compliance.

Henrik Gisløv has many years of experience within litigation and arbitration and conducts cases at the Maritime and Commercial Court, the district and high courts, the Supreme Court as well as national and international arbitration cases at the Danish Institute of Arbitration, the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board, ICC and LCIA. Henrik Gisløv acts as an arbitrator.

Henrik Gisløv is also an external examiner for the Danish Bar and Law Society (at the practical and mock trial examination) and a member of the corps of external examiners at the Danish Universities.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Henrik Gisløv is responsible for the internal risk & compliance work at Focus Advokater.
