Jacob Fabritius de Tengnagel is affiliated with the Real Estate Department at Focus Advokater.

Jacob Fabritius de Tengnagel deals with all types of tasks and cases related to real estate. This applies in particular to tenancy law and the regulation of real estate in a broad sense. He provides advice on planning and environmental law, expropriation, easement law and law related to adjoining properties as well as property law matters. This also applies to landowner associations and condominium associations as well as the challenges that may arise internally and externally in such real estate communities.

In addition, Jacob Fabritius de Tengnagel advises on public law matters, including, among other things, municipal law, the limits of municipal authority and access to documents as well as cases before various boards of appeal, such as the Planning Appeals Board (Planklagenævnet).

He possesses many years of experience in arbitration and litigation, including large complex cases with multiple parties, e.g. in the form of class actions.
