Jacob Guldborg Rasmussen is employed by the Contract and Company Law Department at Focus Advokater.
Jacob Guldborg Rasmussen deals with business matters in a broad sense. In addition, he specialises in matters relating to regulated sectors such as the utilities sector and public law issues.
He has business experience from his position as Head of Legal at a major international wholesaler and, as a former civil servant in the Ministry of Justice, he also possesses considerable insight into public law and regulation.
Jacob Guldborg Rasmussen’s work includes drafting and interpretation of contracts, statutory interpretation and dispute resolution, including representation before authorities and litigation.
