Jeppe G. Vestergaard is employed by the Company Law and Tax Law Department at Focus Advokater. He primarily works with mergers and acquisitions, private equity funds, corporate and shareholder relations, commercial contracts and employment and labour law.
In addition, Jeppe G. Vestergaard is experienced within court and arbitration proceedings and board work.
