Jesper Krag Troelsen is Certified IT Attorney-at-law, connected to the Tech Team at Focus Advokater, and he is part of the Contract Law Department. He is an expert in GDPR, cyber security, IT law and compliance.

Jesper Krag Troelsen is highly skilled when it comes to communicating the requirements for data protection and GDPR in an easy-to-understand and practical way. He provides support in e.g:

• Statutory data protection policies and procedures
• Data breaches
• Use of suppliers (data processors)
• Security requirements for personal data from customers and suppliers
• Transfers of personal data outside the EU/EEA GDPR in IT contracts.

Furthermore, Jesper Krag Troelsen is an expert in the EU cybersecurity requirements, including NIS2, DORA, Critical Entities Resillience Act (CER), Cyber Resillience Act (CRA) and more. He assists orgnisations in:
