Karina Dolmer Andersen specialises in procurement, ESG, and construction law.

Karina Dolmer Andersen works in the real estate department at Focus Advokater. She primarily provides advice on construction law to contractors and professional developers as well as municipalities and other public authorities. This applies to advice prior to entering into agreements, drafting of contracts, advice during construction and dispute resolution.

Within procurement law, Karina Dolmer Andersen provides advice to both tenderers and suppliers, e.g. in connection with the drafting of contracts and determination of procurement strategy, implementation of tenders including participation in dialogues and negotiations as well as quality assurance of tender documents.

Tenancy law is also one of Karina Dolmer Andersen’s practice areas. She provides advice to our customers prior to entering into agreements, during negotiations and drafting of contracts as well as regarding dispute resolution.

In addition, Karina Dolmer Andersen advises on the purchase and sale of real estate as well as litigation (in several areas of commercial law).
