Bio

Attorney-at-law Maria Lolch B. Kristensen is affiliated with Focus Advokater’s Real Estate Department. She is part of the team, which handles construction law and litigation.

Maria Lolch B. Kristensen works with all aspects of construction law. She primarily advises contractors, professional builders, and public authorities on this. This applies to both advice prior to the conclusion of the agreement, during construction as well as dispute resolution (including submitting questions to the opinion of experts appointed by the court, quick decisions, and court and arbitration cases).

Furthermore, Maria Lolch B. Kristensen is part of the team, which handles procurement law. She advises both contracting authorities and tenderers on procurement law, including in connection with the implementation of tenders.

In addition, Maria Lolch B. Kristensen provides advice to buyers and sellers in connection with real estate transactions, especially residential property transactions.
