Bio

Mathias Volmer Pedersen is employed by the Real Estate Department at Focus Advokater.

He specialises in advising contractors, professional builders and public contracting authorities on issues relating to construction and procurement law. This includes advising prior to the conclusion of agreements, during the construction process and in dispute resolution, where he assists with expert opinions, expert decisions, and court and arbitration cases.

Mathias Volmer Pedersen is certified in procurement law for the utility sector and has experience from previous positions at DI Byggeri and Banedanmark.
