Mikkel Orthmann Grønbech
Bio
Mikkel Orthmann Grønbech is part of the Tech Team and employed by the Contract Law Department at Focus Advokater. Among other subjects he advises on commercial contracts, standard terms, software licenses and related disputes. He takes a practical approach to drafting and negotiation of agreements involving the supply and installation of technological equipment, especially machinery, robots and IoT.
His consultancy services also include development agreements, service agreements (maintenance and repair), and dealer agreements. In addition, he has experience with the Machinery Directive and its enforcement, including compliance with ATEX requirements.
Education:
- Master of Laws from the University of Southern Denmark, 2015
- Admitted to practice at Advokatpartnerselskabet Lund Elmer Sandager, Copenhagen, 2018.
