Nicolaj Weber works primarily with construction law in Focus Advokater’s Real Estate team.
Nicolaj Weber specialises in advising contractors and professional developers as well as public authorities on all aspects of construction law issues.
In addition, Nicolaj Weber assists in dispute resolution, including conducting cases of expert opinions before the Arbitration Board for Building and Construction as well as the courts. Furthermore, Nicolaj Weber conducts court and arbitration proceedings on general contract law issues.
