Nikolaj Lind is employed by the Insolvency Department at Focus Advokater. He primarily deals with insolvency law and other business-related matters.
Nikolaj Lind’s work mainly consists of protecting the interests of creditors and handling bankruptcy estates, including collection of receivables and realization of assets as well as reversal and bankruptcy quarantine cases. In addition, Nikolaj Lind deals with compulsory dissolution of limited liability companies.
