Bio

Morten Maagaard Rasmussen’s primary areas of expertise are company law, mergers and acquisitions, and tax law.

Within company law, Morten Maagaard Rasmussen advises on shareholder relations and ownership structures, company formation, reorganisations, mergers and demergers, and the creation of shareholders’ agreements. In addition, Morten Maagaard Rasmussen advises a number of publicly owned companies, foundations and self-governing institutions within the cultural sector.

Morten Maagaard Rasmussen also has extensive experience in advising on – and implementing – the purchase and sale of companies.

Within tax law, Morten Maagaard Rasmussen primarily advises on the implementation of reorganisations and successions.

Morten Maagaard Rasmussen is also Head of the Department for Company Law, Tax Law, and M&A at Focus Advokater.
