Companies and individuals covered by the Money Laundering Act also have an interest in ensuring that the company is not misused to assist in criminal transactions. All companies and individuals covered by the Money Laundering Act must implement policies and business procedures, which ensure that the purpose of the Money Laundering Act to combat money laundering and terrorist financing is pursued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
