Bio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partner Morten Elbr\u00f8nd is head of Focus Advokater’s Insolvency Law Department and is a certified insolvency lawyer by Danske Insolvensadvokater (Danish Insolvency Lawyers). Morten has been appointed as permanent liquidator and trustee by the Probate Court in Odense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a number of years, Morten has acted as an advisor to distressed companies or their creditors, as a trustee in bankruptcy proceedings, and has been involved in reconstructions and debt settlements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working with insolvency law requires knowledge of a number of other legal disciplines, which is why Morten possesses a broad knowledge of Danish commercial law in general. Morten also has experience from secondments as an in-house lawyer at private companies, including a bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, Morten advises on inheritance matters, including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and prenuptial agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
