Bio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Henning Moritzen joined Focus Advokater as a partner in 2018 following the merger between Focus Advokater P\/S and Advokatfirmaet Henning Moritzen, Svendborg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For many years, Henning Moritzen has been specialising within construction and civil engineering, and he has worked on project development tasks for property developers, municipalities etc. Furthermore, Henning Moritzen has extensive experience when it comes to advising municipalities and public authorities on procurement matters, local plans, and property sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Henning Moritzen is a permanent assistant at the Probate Court in Svendborg, and he is on the Danish Debt Collection Agency’s list of trustees for handling bankruptcy and compulsory dissolution cases. Following this, he has extensive experience with bankruptcy estates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Henning Moritzen also specialises in general commercial law, in particular banking law, company law, as well as the purchase and sale of companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
