Bio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otto F. Spliid is a specialist in M&A and corporate law, including restructurings and reorganisations. He is Head of Focus Advokater’s M&A Team.

Otto F. Spliid is known for a determined, empathetic, and uncomplicated approach to the process and is always aware of the commercial aspects. He has been responsible for a large number of transactions, and he advises in all levels of the process, including the initial level of preparing companies for sale as well as choosing transaction model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Otto F. Spliid is involved in consolidations in several industries, including the construction, veterinary, and automotive industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, Otto F. Spliid is a member of the supervisory boards in several financial companies, including Sparekassen Sj\u00e6lland, which is a company quoted on the stock exchange. He also has a high level of experience in the automotive industry through his position as the chairman of the supervisory board in one of Denmark’s largest automotive groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otto F. Spliid is certified in ‘Attorneys’ Board Education’, and in 2013, he completed the Executive Board Programme at INSEAD. Most recently, he completed the Financial Board Programme (2022).<\/p>\n<\/div>
