Bio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maria Malling Eriksen is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and has for many years advised both Danish and international clients on complex M&A transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions, including the preparation of transaction documents and coordination of due diligence processes. Maria is known for her pragmatic approach and strong commercial awareness, ensuring that legal solutions are always aligned with clients\u2019 strategic and business objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside her M&A practice, Maria also specialises in marketing law and intellectual property law, assisting clients in safeguarding and enforcing their intellectual property rights. She heads Focus Advokater\u2019s IP team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her experience within intellectual property law includes the registration of trademarks and designs, drafting of licence agreements, and advising on product imitation and infringement matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Maria advises on general corporate law matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
