Bio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00f8ren Borregaard specialises in board work and mergers and acquisitions. He has assisted several large Danish companies on all aspects of M&A transactions – both on the buyer side as well as the seller side. His work includes transaction structuring, strategic considerations, due diligence, mergers and demergers, establishment of joint ventures and preparation and negotiation of transaction and loan documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, S\u00f8ren Borregaard has significant board experience from several Danish companies, where he is or has been chairman, vice chairman or board member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, S\u00f8ren Borregaard is a member of the Executive Management at Focus Advokater P\/S.<\/p>\n<\/div>
