Bio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tine Seehausen is part of the M&A Team at Focus Advokater and has been involved in a number of transactions (share transactions as well as asset transactions). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Tine Seehausen is responsible for the Employment Law Team at Focus Advokater, and she advises on all aspects of employment law, the legal position of employees in connection with business transfers as well as holiday, maternity leave and equal treatment laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tine Seehausen earned a Master\u2019s Degree in VAT and Indirect Taxes in 2007 and has specialised knowledge of VAT and tax legislation with particular emphasis on real estate transactions and the organisation of real estate projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
