Bio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kathrine Myltoft Rasmussen is employed by the Corporate Law Department at Focus Advokater, and she is part of the team, which handles contract and competition law. She primarily handles all types of tasks and cases within competition law, especially merger control, as well as the drafting, negotiation and conclusion of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements and terms of sale and delivery.

Kathrine Myltoft Rasmussen also possesses extensive experience in legal investigations \u2013 and especially in using artificial intelligence (AI) in cases where it is suspected that a company has been subjected to or is involved in criminal offences or irregularities of a serious nature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, she offers tailored advice to companies on the preparation and implementation of compliance programmes to ensure that the company conducts its business in a legal, ethical, and responsible manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
