Bio

Maria Malling Eriksen specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and has for many years assisted both domestic and foreign companies with M&A transactions.

Maria Malling Eriksen possesses extensive experience in organising and executing M&A transactions, including experience in due diligence processes, drafting transaction documents, and structuring transactions in general. She is pragmatic in her approach with a strong commercial understanding and insight.

In addition, Maria Malling Eriksen specialises in marketing law and intellectual property law, where she helps clients secure their intellectual property rights. She is Head of Focus Advokater’s IPR Team.

Her work within intellectual property law includes registration of intellectual property rights such as trademarks and designs, drafting license agreements, and advising on product imitation cases. Maria Malling Eriksen has extensive experience in conducting cases before the courts.

Maria Malling Eriksen also provides general advice on company law matters.
