Bio

Otto F. Spliid is a specialist in M&A and corporate law, including restructurings and reorganisations. He is Head of Focus Advokater’s M&A Team.

Otto F. Spliid is known for a determined, empathetic, and uncomplicated approach to the process and is always aware of the commercial aspects. He has been responsible for a large number of transactions, and he advises in all levels of the process, including the initial level of preparing companies for sale as well as choosing transaction model.

In addition, Otto F. Spliid is involved in consolidations in several industries, including the construction, veterinary, and automotive industries.

Furthermore, Otto F. Spliid is a member of the supervisory boards in several financial companies, including Sparekassen Sjælland, which is a company quoted on the stock exchange. He also has a high level of experience in the automotive industry through his position as the chairman of the supervisory board in one of Denmark’s largest automotive groups.

Otto F. Spliid is certified in ‘Attorneys’ Board Education’, and in 2013, he completed the Executive Board Programme at INSEAD. Most recently, he completed the Financial Board Programme (2022).
