Bio

Tanja Boskovic Kristensen is employed by the Department for Contract at Focus Advokater. She primarily works with drafting, negotiating and concluding commercial contracts, including dealer and distribution agreements, purchase agreements, supplier agreements, terms of sale and delivery, etc.

Tanja Boskovic Kristensen also works with competition law, particularly in relation to contractual matters and cases concerning breaches of competition law.

In addition, Tanja Boskovic Kristensen assists companies with the implementation of compliance programmes to ensure that the company conducts its business in a legal, ethical and responsible manner. She also has a solid understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and advises on how companies can best integrate sustainability and responsibility aspects into their business strategy and practices.

Finally, Tanja Boskovic Kristensen is engaged in legal investigations in cases where it is suspected that a company has been subject to – or is involved in – criminal offences or irregularities of a serious nature.
